JR United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Solutions Architect to join Nasstar’s Presales team. This key position involves developing technical presales solutions while interacting with clients at all levels. Candidates should have strong expertise in networking technologies, specifically SD-WAN and SASE, and a proven track record in producing detailed proposals and managing client engagements. The role offers remote working flexibility and a commitment to diverse and inclusive practices.

The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and interact with clients at all organizational levels in both technical and business discussions.
Central to the role is the creation and review of compelling solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work documents.
The role also involves liaising with other Nasstar teams including Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Service teams. Flexibility regarding remote work and business travel is required.
The candidate should have experience and confidence in advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, with a focus on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS, SWG.
The Customer Solutions Architect operates in a Presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own the customer’s technology strategy. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests from existing customers and competitive RFI/ITTs in the secure connectivity domain. The candidate will manage the technical aspects of the sales process and create customer-facing artefacts.
