The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team, responsible for scoping and creating technical presales solutions and documentation, and supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and interact with clients at all organizational levels in technical and business discussions.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution-based proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work.
The role involves liaising with teams across Nasstar, including Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Services. Flexibility for remote work and travel is essential.
The candidate should have experience advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, especially secure networking concepts like SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services such as ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
The Customer Solutions Architect operates in a presales capacity, engaging with clients to define and own their technology strategy. This involves working on high-value, complex requests, managing technical sales components, and creating customer-facing artefacts.
Extensive presales solutions architecture experience with Fortinet, Cisco/Meraki, specifically in SD-WAN and SASE/security networking.
Ability to produce high-quality sales documentation, including requirements capture, scope, and technical proposals, ensuring they are peer-reviewed, commercially sound, and approved.
Strong client relationship skills and experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
Confident presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
Recognized IT certifications from vendors like Fortinet and Cisco.
Experience designing complex enterprise networking solutions involving security, WAN, LAN, and cloud connectivity, including working with public cloud providers like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Commercial awareness to develop accurate cost models for solutions.
