The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team, responsible for creating technical presales solutions, documentation, and supporting sales engagements. The role requires confidence, experience, and self-motivation to work with minimal supervision across technical and business discussions at all organisational levels.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFPs, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work. The role involves liaising with Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, and Support teams. Flexibility for remote work and travel is essential.
The candidate should advise clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking technologies, focusing on secure networking concepts such as SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services like ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
The Customer Solutions Architect will operate in a presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. The role involves working on high-value, complex requests, managing technical sales components, and creating customer-facing artefacts.
