As a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect, you will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to provide trusted advisor-level consultancy to customers, building roadmaps, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and designing scalable IaaS, PaaS, and DaaS solutions that drive real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements
Develop tailored roadmaps and high-level solution designs for IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, and DaaS offerings
Lead the technical response to RFI and RFP opportunities
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert guidance across hybrid cloud and XaaS strategies

Ideal Experience

Proven experience in a pre-sales or solution architecture role, ideally within an IT services or managed services provider environment
Strong background across hybrid cloud architectures and XaaS models (IaaS, PaaS, DRaaS, DaaS)
Solid technical knowledge across major vendors such as VMware, NetApp, DellEMC, and Microsoft (or comparable technologies)
Excellent communication, client engagement, and presentation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
