Job Position: Pre-Sales Engineer

Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will collaborate with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients including distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance Dahua's business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new product features to channel customers, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
  • Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy and delivering value.
  • Train technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve products and contribute to process improvements.
  • Assist customers with tender documents and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
  • Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party companies.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with prioritization skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, network, and industrial drones.
  • Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Quick learner of new technologies.
