Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engaging with internal departments and external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new features, assisting customers in product selection, and supporting sales targets.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide product training to technical engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve technology processes and products.
  • Assist customers in preparing tender documents and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
  • Offer technical support on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party companies.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues.

Key Attributes:
