Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The engineer will engage with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients including distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance business performance and reputation, ensuring sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product pre-sales promotion, introduce new features, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
  • Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide technical training to engineers of channel customers to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Gather product feedback from customers to inform continuous improvements and communicate with product management.
  • Assist customers with tender documents and participate in promotional activities such as trade shows and open days.
  • Offer technical support for video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party integrations.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues for timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, matrices, networks, and industrial drones.
  • Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Fast learner of new technologies.
