Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. They engage with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients including distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, and others, to enhance business performance, reputation, and ensure sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote products pre-sales, introduce new features, assist customers in product selection, and support sales targets.
  • Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Train technical engineers of channel partners to improve their technical knowledge.
  • Gather product feedback from customers and contribute to technology process improvements.
  • Assist customers with tender documents and participate in promotional activities like trade shows and open days.
  • Provide technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party integrations.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues for timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, network, and industrial drone products.
  • Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
