Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high-quality products, solutions, and services. The role involves engaging with internal departments such as Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, as well as external clients like distributors, system integrators, installers, and end-users, to enhance Dahua's business performance, reputation, and ensure sustained growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide product pre-sales promotion, including introducing new features to channel customers, assisting in product selection, and supporting sales targets.
  • Define and manage a product roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Provide product training to technical engineers and improve their technical knowledge.
  • Gather customer feedback, contribute to technology process improvements, and communicate with product managers.
  • Assist customers in preparing tender documents and support business partners in brand promotion at trade shows and events.
  • Offer technical support and advice on video surveillance equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with R&D and third-party companies.
  • Maintain communication with headquarters regarding new products and technical issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key Attributes:

  • Experience managing multiple products and initiatives with proper prioritization.
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, alarm systems, access control, video conferencing, VMS, cloud storage, video walls, network, and industrial drones.
  • Ability to work independently, set strategic directions, and influence stakeholders.
