Job Description

Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses, and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.

As part of the global presales team, you will contribute to sales target achievement, account management, market penetration, and acquiring new customers.

You will own all technical aspects of the accounts, including product presentation, upselling new features and technologies, preparing technical solution documents, proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses.

Requirements
  • BSc in a Technical field
  • 3-5 years of presale experience in the Mobile Telecom industry
  • Proven experience leading RFPs
  • Experience working for a software product company
  • Telecom network background is essential
  • Knowledge of Mobile Data, IP, and Telecommunication
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Dynamic personality with business acumen, motivation, and team spirit
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel extensively
Responsibilities
  • Support sales processes technically and commercially, including upselling and new opportunities
  • Introduce, demonstrate, and present products
  • Understand customer needs, develop solutions, and create upsell opportunities
  • Manage RFX responses, ensuring coherence and customer alignment
  • Provide detailed specifications and Scope of Work for customer requests
  • Manage trials and PoCs, defining scope, requirements, success criteria, and timelines

  • Attend marketing events, trade shows, and conferences as needed
