Job summary
Atos is seeking a senior Presales DevOps Architect to lead the design of enterprise engineering platforms that enable rapid, secure, and compliant software delivery. You will work across solution, cloud, security, and application architecture teams to establish modern platform engineering capabilities and automated pipelines.
This is a senior, customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable platform
Qualifications
- Seven+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Solution Architecture roles.
- Proven ability to design enterprise CI/CD platforms using Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, GitLab, Jenkins, Argo CD or equivalent.
- Experience architecting secure DevSecOps pipelines and automated compliance.
- Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and platform automation.
- Experience with observability tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk or Elastic.
- Experience supporting presales engagements and explaining technical solutions to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture of enterprise DevOps, DevSecOps, and Platform Engineering solutions.
- Design engineering platforms for cloud-native and hybrid delivery models.
- Define end-to-end CI/CD pipelines inclusive of build, test, security, deployment and observability.
- Embed security, governance and compliance throughout the SDLC.
- Design Internal Developer Platforms to improve standardisation and automation.
- Define IaC strategies using Terraform, Bicep, Ansible, Pulumi or equivalent.
- Architect container platforms using Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, GKE or similar.
- Lead customer workshops and contribute to technical bids, proposals and cost models.
- Support the development of Atos DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Cloud-Native offerings and accelerators.
