Job summary

Atos seeks an experienced Azure Platform Engineering Lead to guide a high-performing Agile team in designing, building, and operating secure cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will lead technical direction, plan work across sprints, and ensure delivery quality and governance.

Strong hands-on capability and collaboration with architects and DevOps peers are essential. The role emphasizes secure, scalable, IaC-driven solutions and close partnership with stakeholders to realise

Qualifications

• Extensive Azure platform experience including Databricks, Functions, IAM/RBAC and Key Vault.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Repos, Git and deployment strategies.
• Hands-on scripting in Bash and/or Python; secure, auditable deployments.
• Ability to operate in highly regulated, secure environments with minimal internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a high-performing Agile delivery team.
• Design, build, automate and support secure cloud infrastructure on Azure.
• Direct sprint planning, review delivery against criteria and governance.
• Maintain documentation, risk logs and decision records for the platform.
• Collaborate with architects, developers and product stakeholders to deliver changes.
