Job Opening: Global Presales Executive – Cloud

At KCS, we've introduced a flexible hybrid work policy, where employees spend three days in the office and two days working from home. This approach promotes a balanced work environment that combines office collaboration with the comfort and convenience of remote work.

Due to continued growth in our sales activities, we are seeking a Global Presales Executive – Cloud to join our Presales Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support global Regional Presales & Sales teams to upsell Cloud-based delivery (Public and Private) and identify opportunities for Cloud product positioning.
  2. Collaborate with Cloud Design, Engineering & Provisioning teams to develop and maintain pre-sales literature and fact sheets across product portfolios, ensuring clear presentation of security, operational, and commercial benefits.
  3. Work with Cloud Operations Leadership to keep Infrastructure Service Descriptions current, relevant, and clear.
  4. Assist in preparing responses for RFIs/RFPs with consistent messaging templates.
  5. Contribute to webinars, events, and recorded collateral production.
  6. Ensure Cloud Infrastructure is available, current, and suitable for customer demonstrations, supporting Application Technical Pre-sales teams.
  7. Enhance internal knowledge of Cloud solutions offered.
  8. Coordinate with Global and Regional presales teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
  9. Support internal reporting on initiatives, sales activities, and projects.
Key Requirements:
  1. Understanding of IT Server hardware, Operating Systems, and Networking infrastructure.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT, networking, and infrastructure roles.
  3. At least 3 years' experience in customer-facing sales and solution selling.
  4. Experience with Data Centres & Co-Lo Hosting providers and solutions.
  5. Good understanding of Private & Public Cloud Technologies, including Hybrid and on-premises legacy systems.
  6. Experience with Azure, AWS, or OCI (IaaS/PaaS) is advantageous.
  7. Experience with system migrations into Cloud environments and Cloud-to-Cloud migrations.
  8. Ability to understand requirements and convert them into compelling presentations and demonstrations.
  9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with polished presentation abilities.
  10. Ability to articulate Cloud solutions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  11. Flexible location with willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  12. Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work independently.
  13. IT/Technical or MSP/CSP background preferred.
