As one of the fastest-growing tech companies, we aim to reach 100 million users globally by 2032. Opportunities to contribute to such a journey are rare!

The Role

We are building a new global team of Technical Architects, a strategic, hands-on function essential for scaling SafetyCulture's integration with complex enterprise ecosystems. As a Presales Architect, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation Partners to design scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly into our customers’ IT environments. Your work will span identity and access, data, and reporting, helping our enterprise clients unlock the full potential of the SafetyCulture platform.

How will you spend your time
  1. Enterprise Integration Leadership: Design and guide technical strategies to connect the SafetyCulture platform with customer systems across identity (SSO, SCIM), integrations (API, middleware, third-party apps), and data/reporting layers.
  2. Identity & Access Management: Advise customers on best practices for identity integration, including SSO, SCIM, and role-based access.
  3. Analytics & Reporting Enablement: Ensure customers can derive value from SafetyCulture’s data by connecting it to their BI tools and internal reporting systems.
  4. Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineers to scope technical solutions during the sales process.
  5. Partner Enablement: Work with Services Partners to extend SafetyCulture implementations, creating repeatable frameworks for faster, better outcomes.
  6. Technical Authority & Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor and internal SME on enterprise architecture, influencing our roadmap and service offerings.
About you
  • Experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Pre-sales Technical Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and SQL, with experience in building data pipelines.
  • Understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Familiarity with identity standards (OAuth2, SAML, SCIM), integration frameworks (REST APIs, iPaaS), and analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake).
  • Strong communication skills to engage with IT teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives, simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, including Sales, Product, and Services.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales and service delivery cycles.
More than a Job
  • Hybrid work with onsite amenities like a chef, snacks, and beverages.
  • Access to training, Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns.
  • Encouragement of community involvement, open source work, and exploring new technologies.
  • Wellbeing initiatives including wellness sessions, EAP, and parental leave.
  • Quarterly celebrations and team events, including the annual Shiplt global team offsite.
