Our customer base includes retail banks, processing centres, national switches, alternative payment companies, and personalisation centres on a global scale. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and driven pre-sales professional to join a global, innovative, and technology-focused company and to help grow the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and support of pre-sale events to enable new sales of products and services, as well as acquiring new Customers and Business Partners. This position reports directly to the Director. Key duties include:

  1. Delivering product and solution presentations to potential or existing Customers and Business Partners.
  2. Conducting live demonstrations of product functionalities and interfaces.
  3. Developing, preparing, and maintaining presentation materials.
  4. Providing advice on payments and computerized payment applications.
  5. Reviewing Customer business requirements and preparing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  6. Supporting sales managers in sales activities, including pre-sales, contractual documentation, and procedures.
  7. Managing customer relationships, monitoring business development, and maintaining key contacts.
  8. Suggesting improvements based on market and customer insights.
  9. Participating in regional and international exhibitions and marketing activities.
  10. Publishing pre-sale materials on the internal portal.
  11. Performing training and business analysis duties as required.
  12. Continuously updating industry knowledge.

Required skills and knowledge:

  1. Over 5 years’ experience in electronic payments and retail banking technology.
  2. Experience with global competitors (e.g., ACI, BPC, OpenWay, TSYS) or relevant companies.
  3. Experience working with card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc.).
  4. Experience in a financial service provider environment (e.g., retail bank).
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. Ability to work effectively as part of a global team.
