Catalent is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Preproduction Coordinator to join our Operations team in Bathgate, Scotland. With nearly 25 years of expertise, our Bathgate site plays a vital role in Catalent’s European clinical supply services network, ensuring the integrity of clinical trial supplies.

The Role:

• Generate clinical trial packaging documentation that meets Catalent, Client, Study, and Regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Maintain high-quality standards, documenting any deviations as required.
• Identify and report any potential issues impacting packaging quality or timelines.
• Perform tasks in accordance with the Preproduction skills matrix.
• Support the implementation of new systems or system upgrades relevant to the department.
• Maintain personal training records and attend relevant training sessions.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for the Preproduction team, the Bathgate site, and the wider Catalent organisation.
• Stay informed on industry best practices.

The Candidate:

• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft packages.
• Background in pharmaceutical or clinical trials (experience or education highly advantageous).
• Experience in GMP or GDP (highly desirable).
• A proactive and adaptable approach.
