Motorcycle Prepper Leading UK Manufacturer

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Pay: GBP14.68 per hour + Overtime at Enhanced Rates
Hours: 39 Hours per Week Early Finish Fridays Immediate Start Available

We re recruiting on behalf of the UK s leading motorcycle manufacturer, who are looking to expand their skilled production team in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised brand, working in a modern facility with a focus on quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing motorcycle panels and components for paint

• Polishing and rectifying surface imperfections

• Masking and applying decals to motorcycle parts

• Conducting quality checks and final finish inspections

• Working independently in a fast-paced, high-standard production environment

Shift Pattern & Hours:

• Monday Thursday: 7:00am 4:00pm

• Friday: 7:00am 12:00pm (early finish)

• 39-hour standard working week

• Overtime available at enhanced rates

• Flexibility with hours may be required depending on production demands

Pay & Benefits:

• GBP14.68 per hour starting rate

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in prepping motorcycle parts or similar paint/prep work

• Background in a paint shop, refinishing, or motorcycle manufacturing environment

• Excellent attention to detail and a pride in delivering high-quality work

• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Reliable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team

Motorcycle Paint Prep, Paint Finishing, Bodyshop Prepper, Motorcycle Customisation, Motorcycle Manufacturing, or similar skilled hands-on roles.
