A prominent care service provider in Greater Manchester is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join the Transitions Team. This role involves supporting young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism as they transition into adulthood. The ideal candidate will have a Social Work qualification, registration with SWE, and experience in relevant areas.
