Job Type: Temp to Perm
Pay Rates: £12.64 (Day Shifts) | £14.04 (Night Shifts)
Breaks: 30 minute unpaid break.

About the Role:
AM2PM Recruitment is currently recruiting Preparation Operatives for a well-known soup manufacturing site located on the Europarc in Grimsby. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a hands-on role. No experience is needed as full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing fresh ingredients for production

Weighing, trimming, and portioning raw materials

Moving ingredients to and from prep areas (some manual handling required)

Maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Reliable, punctual, and able to work rotating shifts
