Job summary

JCT600 Ltd is seeking an experienced Prep Technician to service and prepare used vehicles across the Volkswagen Commercial range, including Caddy, Transporter, Crafter, Amarok, and more, ensuring top safety and reliability standards. You will work to JCT600 procedures and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.

The role requires a Level 2 IMI or City and Guilds equivalent, a full UK driving licence, and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality vehicle preparation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly.
• Previous experience as a Prep Technician.
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties).
• Customer-first attitude and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and servicing used vehicles across a wide range of makes and models, using manufacturer systems and JCT600 standards.
• Completing work efficiently within factory timescales and handling related admin.
• Collaborating with the JCT600 team to deliver vehicles on time and ensure a superior customer experience.
