Join our team at Vertu Nissan Widnes and become a valued Prep Technician.

This is a full-time role, 42 hours per week - Monday to Friday and no weekend working! We are offering a basic salary between £29,200 and £36,440 depending on your skills and experience. You'll also have access to a performance bonus on top of your salary.

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. As a Prep Technician you will be responsible for carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI's) on new and used vehicles. You will ensure the PDI's are carried out to the highest possible standard and within manufacturer guidelines. You will need to work to agreed time frames, and maintain a high level of productivity, whilst ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3
• Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Your own set of tools
• A full UK driving licence
