Job description

As a Prep Technician, you will carry out vehicle preparations on new and used vehicles to ensure they are ready for display in our Dealerships for sale. You will play a key role in moving each vehicle through the stages of preparing, testing, repairing, and quality checking.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of vehicles, from unique Ford models to the latest electric vehicles and everything in between.

Don’t worry if you don’t have direct Ford experience or are not a fully qualified technician – we are happy to provide training! Whether you are a 3rd-year apprentice seeking a permanent role, a fast-fit technician looking to transition into a dealership, or a master technician seeking your next opportunity, we will have a suitable role for you.

We have a diverse team of skills in our dealerships and are committed to continuous development and training for those interested.

What You’ll Have

Hours and Location

We offer a 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday, with regular overtime available. We also provide flexible working patterns to accommodate everyone’s needs.
