At this cutting-edge facility, you’ll work with passionate professionals to create show-stopping vehicles destined for the world’s most iconic roads.

About the Role:

This is your chance to contribute to vehicles that blend heritage, innovation, and timeless design.

Key Responsibilities as a Prep Technician:

  • Skim, shape, fill, blend, and re-shape panels to achieve flawless finishes.
  • Complete full priming of cars and panels before reassembling them for the next production phase.
  • Grow gaps, meet flush targets, and perfect punctuation lines and profiling.
  • Work to tight tolerances
  • Work closely within a small team to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently from the carbon team through to the paint team on time and to the highest quality standards.

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for automotive excellence and brings:

  • Proven experience in panel preparation or bodywork, ideally within high-end or restoration environments
  • Confidence working with carbon fibre and steel components
  • A perfectionist’s eye for alignment, surface quality, and finish
  • The ability to thrive in a collaborative, detail-focused environment
  • Hours: Day Shift: Monday – Thursday (7:00 AM – 4:30 PM), Friday (7:00 AM – PM). Overtime opportunities available.
