PREP SCHOOL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Full Time, 40 hours per week

Term Time plus 12 days in school holidays

Required From November 2025

Full Time Equivalent Salary: £28,080 - £33,280 per annum depending on qualifications and experience

Actual salary: £26,435 - £31,332 per annum for working 40 hours per week for 35 weeks per year plus 12 days during school holidays

This is an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team at JAGS Prep School.

The Prep School Office Administrator will be responsible for providing a warm and professional Reception service, assisting with general administrative requirements, and will help to ensure the welfare of the pupils requiring first aid treatment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in administration in a busy environment and will be a qualified First Aider or willing to undertake this training as part of the role.
