Job summary

The Preparation and Cook Team at Charlie Bighams manages the preparation of ingredients and ensures everything is perfectly cooked for our assembly teams. Working hours are 5 days in 7 with 9 hour shifts at Park Royal, London NW10.

Responsibilities

• Weighing ingredients.
• Hand cutting or slicing fresh ingredients.
• Following recipe cards.
• Managing and operating the cooking equipment, ensuring that specific cooking times and methods are followed.
• Maintaining high hygiene levels and keeping a tidy workspace.
• Maintaining food preparation records and logs.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure that the Bigham’s standards are met.
• Carrying out effective and accurate shift handovers.
• Flagging any issues with the equipment within your area.
