Job summary

Nathalie Mayfair is seeking a Prep Chef to join our busy kitchen across Mayfair and Notting Hill. You will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure ingredients are prepped to the highest standards and delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation: prep ingredients, portioning, and pre-cooking.
• Support for service: maintain steady supply of prepped items.
• Mise en Place: keep stations organised and stocked.
• Kitchen hygiene: maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene, following health and safety regulations.
• Stock management: monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, proper storage to minimise waste.
• Sustainability practices: follow sustainable preparation methods and reduce waste.
