About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our Prep Chefs are essential to the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring passengers are satisfied before departure. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and all preparation areas.
2. Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
3. Supporting the Chef with food and dessert preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
4. Organising the stock room.
5. Embracing the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting business needs as required.
6. Working flexible shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

We value your skills and experience. If you can answer yes to the following, you have the required skills:

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in a kitchen (advantageous but not essential).
• Knowledge of food safety.
