About The Role

Our Food and Beverage department plays a vital role in providing passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our Prep Chefs are crucial in ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen and that passengers depart satisfied. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and all preparation areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, and utensils.
• Supporting the Chef with food and dessert preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
• Organising the stock room.
• Embodying the Airport’s ‘One Team’ culture and supporting the needs of the business, which may include undertaking other activities.
• Working flexible shifts during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays, as the airport operates 24/7.

Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in a kitchen (advantageous).
• Knowledge of food safety.
