We currently have opportunities for a Production Operative within our Prep department to join our team in Thetford. This is a physical role involving regular movement, bending, and lifting.

This position operates on a 4on 4off rota.

The rate of pay is:

Days 0600 - 1800 - £13.24 per hour

Nights 1800 - 0600 - £14.56 including 10% Night Allowance between 10pm and 6am

Main Responsibilities:

• Supplying production staff with the correct material to ensure products are packed in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all aspects of health, safety, and welfare are adhered to at all times.
• Ensuring all produced products meet food safety standards, are delivered on time, and without damage to customers.
• Completing all necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
• Working closely with (and covering breaks for) the bulking off team.
• Actively assisting team members to maintain GMP at a ‘green’ status at all times.
• Ensuring all stock is scanned into correct destinations.

Ideal Candidate:

Ideally, you will have experience within a factory or warehouse environment.

You should be physically fit, happy, and able to work in an active role.

Organized, motivated, and reliable.

Good verbal and written communication skills, as well as numeric accuracy.
