Job summary
The Club Company is seeking a proactive Wellness Coach at Chesfield Downs Golf & Country Club to deliver personalised wellness coaching, inductions and tailored exercise programmes for our members. You will monitor progress, foster relationships, and help members achieve lasting lifestyle changes within a premium, inclusive club environment.

Qualifications
- Must hold CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Must hold Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise and Fitness.
- CPR, First Aid or AED certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalised wellness coaching to members on health and wellness topics.
- Deliver wellness inductions and create tailored exercise programmes.
- Monitor progress and support lasting behavioural changes.
- Build authentic relationships and foster a positive, engaging gym environment.
- Drive member interaction, upsell services, and support membership retention.
- Ensure gym space is safe and hygienic, and perform routine cleaning checks.
- Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions with potential earnings growth.
