Position: Onboard Luxury Watch Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Living and working on a cruise ship, with the flexibility to be anywhere in the world.
  2. Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests onboard.
  3. Maximising sales by promoting a range of premium watches through seminars, presentations, and in-store events.
  4. Developing detailed knowledge of all products and the brand culture.
  5. Exceeding sales targets and delivering promotional events such as seminars and presentations.

Who You Are:

  • Strong retail background with knowledge of watches, especially Swiss brands and luxury watches.
  • Excellent face-to-face customer service and sales skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Motivated and goal-driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Proven experience in public speaking and showcasing luxury items.
  • Adaptable to change and capable of working in high-pressure environments.
  • A collaborative team player who is goal-oriented.
