Responsibilities

• Deliver structured swimming lessons for children aged 3–11, from beginners to competent swimmers.
• Maintain engaging, modern teaching style across sessions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and welcome families, keeping parents informed.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment for all swimmers.
• Use digital systems to track progress, celebrate milestones, and share results.
• Communicate confidently with parents to keep them engaged and informed.
• Participate in staff training and team meetings to maintain excellence.
