Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is recruiting Hospitality Bar Staff to join Sixways Stadium for the 2026/2027 season. You will deliver premium drinks service across bars, lounges and hospitality areas during Worcester Warriors fixtures, conferences, and live events.

Qualifications

Must be aged 18 or over.
Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
Able to work evenings, weekends and event days throughout the season.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, champagne, and other premium beverages to a high standard.
Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service.
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
Ensure glassware and service areas remain clean and fully stocked.
Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
Operate tills and process payments accurately where required.
Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Maintain excellent personal presentation throughout each event.
