Job summary

Freemans Event Partners is recruiting bar staff to join the Sixways Stadium team for the 2026/2027 Worcester Warriors season. You’ll work matchdays delivering fast, friendly service in a busy stadium environment, with the chance to gain hospitality experience at major events around the UK.

Roles are casual and event-based with flexible shifts, perfect for students or those seeking weekend work. Prior bar or hospitality experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided and

Qualifications

• Experience in bar or hospitality preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Serve beer, wine, spirits, and soft drinks quickly and accurately.
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Operate tills and process payments accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organised bar area.
• Assist with stock replenishment and general bar duties.
• Support with bar setup and close-down procedures.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional service on matchdays.
