More About The Role

We are seeking a Sous Chef to lead our Retail operation at the OVO Arena Wembley, focusing on quality and innovation in our new premium lounge. You will work with the Head Chef on menu development and standards to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Focus Areas

• Lead effective communication with stakeholders and stay updated on street food trends.
• Maintain high standards of quality and flavor.
• Drive sales, manage volumes, and source locally where possible.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
• Assist in managing and controlling labour costs.

• Passionate about fresh ingredients and creating stunning dishes.
• Experience in high-quality retail environments.
