Job summary

Stoneham PLC in Sidcup, Kent, is seeking a talented Kitchen Designer / Project Manager to join our premium kitchen team. You will design high-end kitchens using CAD, manage projects from concept to completion, and coordinate with installation teams and trades to ensure flawless delivery.

Ideal candidates have a proven design-led kitchen sales track record, strong CAD skills (Winner, Compusoft, Fusion, Planit 20/20), excellent communication, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

Proven track record in design-led kitchen sales and managing high-end, prestigious residential projects.
Fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

Design kitchens using CAD software, producing accurate plans, elevations and specifications.
Manage premium projects from start to finish, meeting deadlines and client briefs.
Conduct site surveys and coordinate with installation teams and external trades.
Provide expert advice on premium built-in appliance brands and bespoke furniture solutions.
Drive sales by building rapport with clients and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
