Job summary

Aston Villa Football Club is seeking a Relationship Manager for the Venue Operations team at Bodymoor Heath Training Ground and Villa Park. You will manage a portfolio of Hospitality accounts, develop strong relationships, and provide world-class service on matchdays and events.

You will drive renewals and upsells, tailor solutions to exceed client expectations, and support travel trips while representing the Club as a professional ambassador.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing premium hospitality accounts and delivering high-level client service.
• Proven ability to coordinate events, travel and matchday activities for clients.

Responsibilities
