Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or event coordination experience is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communication and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support the Events Team with planning and delivery of events from enquiry through to execution.
• Prepare and manage event documentation (allergen cards, hire orders, function sheets).
• Coordinate event administration and ensure all client requirements are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
