Soho House in Shoreditch is seeking a Bartender to support the Bar Manager in delivering a premium beverage experience. You will prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision, while creating a welcoming environment for members and guests.

You will maintain bar standards, engage with guests, and work as part of a dynamic team. A passion for cocktails, strong English communication, and a professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong cocktail knowledge, including classics, techniques, and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a confident, calm presence during busy services.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Experience working with POS systems, stock control, and basic reporting.
• Team player with a flexible, professional and positive attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards always.
• Contribute to development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings with the bar team.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.
• Collaborate with floor, kitchen, and events teams for smooth service.
