Soho House in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to help maintain a pristine, welcoming, and hygienic environment across member-facing and back-of-house areas. You will work with Housekeeping and Facilities to keep lounges, washrooms, offices, and event spaces clean and well-stocked throughout the day.

The role emphasises attention to detail, reliability, and professional conduct while delivering high standards of service and presentation for members and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning in hospitality or high-traffic venues is preferred.
• Understanding of cleaning techniques and hygiene protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks across assigned areas including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and shared spaces.
• Ensure high-touch points are regularly sanitised.
• Replenish consumables such as soap and paper towels.
• Support deep cleaning and periodic maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain equipment and cleaning products in a safe, clean, and organised condition.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Respond quickly and discreetly to spills and urgent cleaning requests.
• Adhere to all health & safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
• Demonstrate courtesy and professionalism when interacting with members and colleagues.
