Stratstone Audi Halesowen is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our Audi team. You’ll be the face of an iconic brand, delivering outstanding customer experiences from first contact to handover of the new car, while earning a competitive base salary with OTE and enjoying added benefits.

You’ll work on building product knowledge, advising customers on finance options, upselling accessories, and contributing to a high-performance sales culture within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering customer experiences and building rapport with customers.
• Ability to understand and explain products and services to customers.
• Confidently navigate computer systems and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and used car enquiries, convert leads to sales, and maximise all opportunities.
• Upsell accessories, extended warranty, and finance packages to customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial contact to vehicle handover.
