Job summary

Stratstone Audi Hitchin is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Audi team. The role offers a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £50,000, a 40-hour working week, pension, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday including bank holidays.

You will represent a prestigious brand and receive training and support to thrive in car sales. Key duties include creating outstanding customer experiences, building product knowledge, driving leads, and upselling accessories, warranties, and finance packages

• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.
• Willingness to learn about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Creating great experiences for customers from initial contact to vehicle purchase.
• Build knowledge of products/services and represent the brand with pride.
• Drive sales leads, convert inquiries into appointments, and maximise forecourt activity.
• Deliver a complete package including accessories, warranties, and finance options.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and provide fair financial guidance to customers.
