Job summary

KEF Music Gallery London is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium retail environment. You will confidently demonstrate KEF products, translate technical features into customer benefits, and build strong client relationships.

You will also manage inventory, stock movements and CRM records, contributing to sales targets while upholding KEF’s brand values and service standards in central London.

Qualifications

• Retail or premium lifestyle/audio experience is preferred.
• Strong numerical ability for inventory and reconciliation.
• High attention to detail and organisation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for music and technology with willingness to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalised customer service to visitors in a premium retail environment.
• Demonstrate KEF products and translate features into customer benefits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up with customers.
• Oversee inventory records, stock movements and stocktaking processes.
• Support gallery operations, including cash handling and till reconciliation as required.
