Do you have experience analysing and processing XOL and Proportional Treaty Accounts and working together with an offshore service provider. Do you enjoy building relationships with clients and reinsurers and have experience in handling complex account issues? If so, we may have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are recruiting for a Premium and Proportional Treaty Advocate to join our team in London. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both at home and from the office.

What the day will look like

You will be responsible for the handling our Global and Key Client’s Premium and Proportional Treaty accounts. You will fully support both the client and reinsurers in an advocacy role, for your own allocated portfolio and other accounts on an ad-hoc basis, to ensure the efficient movement of funds and resolution of queries.

  • Responsibility for the end-to-end process. Liaising with the offshore team to ensure timely processing of premium and accounts and with the credit control team to facilitate collection and payment of funds.
  • Monitoring and management of unallocated cash and held funds
  • Ensuring regular contact with clients and reinsurers to ensure service requirements are met fully and queries are resolved in a timely manner
  • Support in depth analysis and reporting
  • Conducting Pro-rata reviews
  • Contributing to preparation for and attendance at client meetings
