Kurt Geiger is seeking a customer-focused retail team member to deliver outstanding service across our Ledston store. You will guide customers to products, maintain stock and store standards, and contribute to promotional activity while upholding the brand’s uniform and presentation guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work well within a team, with targets driving performance and growth for the store and brand.

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistently exceptional service to every customer.
• Guide clients to products and understand needs for a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with stock management, pair checking, and stockroom organisation.
• Keep shop floor tidy, replenished, and store standards maintained.
• Support management in hitting individual and team sales targets.
• Assist with planning and execution of promotions and events.
• Adhere to brand uniform standards (all black, unbranded) and be a brand ambassador.
• Participate in training to build product knowledge and confidence.
