Academics are working with an excellent and friendly Secondary school based in Sittingbourne that is looking for a committed, motivated, and hardworking Premises Manager to join their site team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing general maintenance duties.
• Performing minor repairs and refurbishments.
• Handling site safety and security.
• Overseeing cleaning and maintenance staff.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
