Job summary

Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Premises Manager to join a busy secondary school on a temporary basis in Middleton. The role involves opening/closing the school, acting as keyholder, overseeing visitor sign-in, and carrying out maintenance and safety checks.

You will supervise the Apprentice Caretaker, liaise with contractors and ensure the premises are secure, clean and well-presented. Strong health and safety knowledge and DBS check are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Premises Manager, Site Manager or Caretaker
• Good practical maintenance and repair skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) is essential

• Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• School Holidays: 8:00am - 4:00pm
