Everychild Partnership Trust is looking for a reliable Premises Manager for Hatchlands Primary, Redhill. The role is 28.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with split shifts 6:30am–10:00am and 3:00pm–5:15pm.

The post combines premises management with hands-on caretaking tasks on a permanent basis. You will open and check the school each morning, supervise repairs, decorating, grounds and cleaning, coordinate contractors, and maintain safety records, working closely with the Headteacher and school

We are seeking a reliable, practical and proactive Premises Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day care, security, maintenance and safe operation of our school site. This is one combined, hands-on role: you will both manage premises arrangements and carry out practical caretaking tasks yourself. The role involves opening and checking the school each morning; completing repairs, decorating, grounds and cleaning tasks; coordinating contractors and servicing; keeping premises safety records up to date; and preparing and checking the site in the afternoon.
