Premises Manager–
Pertemps Education is currently seeking a proactive and experiencedPremises Managerto join a well-regarded schoolin West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong site management experience to support the smooth running of school operations. The role is available for a September start.

Location:West London
Start Date:September
Salary:Competitive, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school premises, ensuring asafe, clean, and well-maintained environmentfor pupils, staff, and visitors

• Carry out regular health & safety checks, risk assessments, and fire safety procedures

• Manage site security, opening and closing procedures, and supervision of contractors and external services

• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs, or coordinate with contractors for larger works

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for a UK school

• Liaise with senior leadership to prioritise tasks and report on site-related matters
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience within a school setting

• Strong knowledge ofhealth & safety legislation, site maintenance, and facilities management

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a varied workload

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach

• EnhancedDBS on the update serviceor willingness to obtain one
