We are seeking a conscientious and self-motivated Premises Manager to join our supportive and collaborative team.
Our aim is to provide an aesthetically stimulating, nurturing environment for all pupils and staff to learn, work, and play safely. The Premises Manager will be responsible for maintaining our school in excellent condition, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure environment. Responsibilities include security, monitoring, cleaning, building, and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will be conscientious, dynamic, and a team player within the wider trust Estates team. Essential qualifications include experience with regulatory bodies and compliance, management of planned maintenance, health and safety, risk assessments, and DIY/handyperson skills.
Please note that this position is split across two sites: Portfield Primary Academy and Tangmere Primary Academy.
